COVID-19 has changed the way we operate, but will not change the level excellence we strive to give our students and families. The Maryland Academy of Dance is prepared to safely continue to serve you. We will continue to keep a healthy and safe learning environment.

IN-PERSON
CLASSES
Our 2021 - 2022 Year of Dance will continue to use Covid-19 Safety precautions.
We will continue to have class low class maxes to ensure the quality of classes and safety of all.
All classes will be in-person. If you desire to continue with Virtual Only classes please connect with our Admin Team to arrange your dancers schedule.
Zoom (if needed) will be a vita resource, ensuring we balance safety while effectively training our dancers.
All dancers will be dropped off in the parking loop at the front of the building. Upon arrival, a MAD team member will greet your dancer, escort them to the door, take their temperature and direct them to wash their hands.
At pick-up, dancers will be dancers will be dismissed together and led outside by their teacher. Parents will wait in their cars for their dancer at the pick up line. A MAD team member will guide your dancer to your car.
DROP OFF/ PICK-UP
CLOSED LOBBY
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 the lobbies at MAD are CLOSED!
Gathering in the lobby and other common areas will not be permitted. Drop off will happen valet style at the glass doors. If you have questions or need any assistance please schedule a meeting with any one of our MAD admin staff, send us an e-mail or for immediate assistance call the studio.

DANCER PREPARATION
All students and teachers have the option to continue to wear a face mask while in the studio. Wearing a cloth face covering protects your neighbor; when your neighbor wears a cloth face covering they are protecting you! Students need a reusable water bottle, all water fountains are closed.
